Has anyone watch the Jem and the Holograms trailer?

Is it that bad.  I was kind of curious I loved Gem and the Holograms when I was younger but I haven't seen the trailer yet.

I really wanted it to be good...but when Bill Shatner says WTF...you know it's bad! Also, it was the only thing on my FB feed the other day. 

PS I still have my Jem doll with the ENORMOUS feet

What?!? I loved the Misfits. Their songs were always better than Jem's.

The took Hannah Montana and called it Jem and the Holograms. Several of my girlfriends are raging all over Facebook with me.

I just watched it. I just... don't understand. Why make a movie out of a beloved television show and leave out all of the interesting parts of the show? Like, hey, let's make a movie version of Alf but leave out the alien from another planet and just have a character named Alf instead. WTF?

I watched it after your post - otherwise I wouldn't have paid too much attention.

I barely remember the plot line of the original show (though I know I had several Jem et al. dolls and watched when I was a kid).

That trailer though, pretty much looked like the most boring made for television Lifetime movie ever.  And really, Juliette Lewis?  You signed on for this?  Did you know it was going to be this when you signed on?
