Table assignments take 1 hour. Max. Type out the names/ table numbers and email it to the venue.

You can start working on your table assignments before you have all your RSVPs.

This is what we have been doing. We have a big excel spreadsheet and just fill it in as we receive RSVPs. That way it's also very easy to move people around if you change your mind about where they should be seated.
