Hi we are having no response from the email help and have sent multiple emails. Can someone please help.

I'm not sure how it has happened but we have two websites up and running and and can't even get access into this account to get rid of the website. The one included is the only one visible in google and is not our website. Can it please please be removed ?

Hi i think i've found half the problem. I had opened two accounts with two emails stupidly.

I've asked for one to be closed. How do I get the other one visible on google please ?

OP, now that your problem is solved, you might want to edit and remove your wedding website from your posts, just to be safe.
