HELP! Men's Attire Question for Woodsy Wedding

Hello everyone! Wedding is 8-22-15 and we have decided that in lieu of suits for our guys (this is a VERY casual, simple wedding) to go with western snap shirts and dark wash jeans (not black). Problem is this: My dress is Ivory and Champagne. Our wedding colors are sage green and navy blue. Everything else has been ordered or purchased except for their shirts so I can't change colors now.

I've been scouring the internets for this style shirt in Ivory or Champagne type color for my groom and in either a light green or navy blue for his BM and my son, our RB. I can only seem to find either A) Bright white or Natural/Beige for my groom and either a darker green, royal blue, or denim for our attendants.

So, it appears that I'm stuck.. now what would you do? Which color(s) would you go with? I've included two photos below, one to show the general style of shirt and one to show the denim color.

I would just change the style of the shirt to a regular button down dress shirt. By doing this you will have A LOT more options when it comes to colors. And honestly, besides the dress shirts not having pockets, I really don't see much of a difference.

I would have your FI just wear a white shirt (it will be fine next to your ivory/champagne dress, trust me) and then fine a light blue or sage colored shirt for his BM and RB.

I had an ivory/cafe dress and my H wore a white shirt with his tux. It was NBD and didn't make my dress look dirty - as seems to be the fear with a lot of brides.. For reference, there's a picture below of me in my ivory/cafe dress and him with a white shirt.

Anyway, I agree with switching them to just regular button downs because you'll have WAY more options. It'll still be very casual since they're wearing jeans and no jacket.

I would pick up some regular dress shirts at TJ Maxx, Marshall's, or Ross. They're $10 a piece (just picked one up yesterday). They usually have every color in the rainbow! I personally would have all the guys wear white. It looks awesome with dark wash jeans.
