Real dress or Chinese knock off?

Can we play a game of real dress or Chinese knock off dress?  I saw this posted on my local fb wedding board and I can't help but think it has to be a knockoff dress gone wrong. It is listed as "brand new, never worn custom made dress".  What do you think?

But the top makes me think it is a real dress.

I'm no good with finding dresses on google, can anyone find the actual dress website? I think if I had that to look at I could tell more easily!

@justsie I tried to do a google image search of it and nothing remotely close came up. then again how many dresses can there be with wads of tissue paper stuck on the bottom.  part of me wants to reply to the post and ask what store it came from

That's what I figured would happen! I bet googling "tissue paper dress" would come back with some equally intersting and not at all helpful suggestions.
