Sarah Albritton of Serendipity Portraits broke her contract with me and five other couples that I know of. The latest information, thanks to Yelp, is that's she's being sued. I know one other couple that is suing her as well. She took everyone's pictures and never delivered images everyone paid for. We've tried the Chicago Consumer Complaints, Illinois Attorney General, lawyer demand letters.... nothing.
Sarah is now working as a stand-up comedian in Chicago (oh, the irony). I post this here because even though Serendipity Portraits will never take another client, Chicago's not that big a city. People should know what kind of person she is.
