Program wording question

My uncle is giving me away and I am trying to figure out good wording to write under "processional" in the program, to give him recognition.

So it would look something like this:

Processional

Uncle of the Bride, Bob Smith, to give bride away

is that too wordy or awkward sounding? Thanks!

We worded ours by what was happening... so like:

"Readings 

(Reading Title) - southernbelle's uncle's name

(Reading Title) - DH's dad's name"

You could do:

"Processional

Seating of the grandmothers

        peachy's maternal grandmother

        peachy's paternal grandmother

        peachy's H's grandma....

Seating of the mothers

        peachy's mom

        peachy's H's mom

Bridesmaids

        BM names

Groomsmen

       GM names

Give away

       peachy's uncle's name"

Or whatever order/whoever's involved, KWIM?

How about Bride's Escort? Like:

John Smith, Uncle of Bride

Bride's Escort

Or if you aren't including relationships for everyone else, you could even leave out that he is your uncle.

      Bride's Uncle

The escort is the person who walks with you down the aisle.  He/she is not necessarily the person who will present you for marriage aka "give you away".  If your uncle will say the words, fine.  There is no need to announce this.
