My mother is starting on this weight loss program and is encouraging me to try it as well. Its not cheap, however they do montior you through the program which lasts about 3 months and they claim people can lose a significant amount of weight on it. Wanted to throw it out there to see if anyone has information about it, experiences, etc. Thanks!
