Final meeting with vendors

I am having my final meeting with the florist, photog, caterer, etc.  Any tips or suggestions of items I definitely need to cover?

Your final meeting should reiterate everything that was discussed and that is in the contract. if anything has changed on your end (ex.must have pics, colours etc.) this is the time to communicate them. Also, please confirm the time that you want your vendors at the location or to drop off things to avoid confusion.
