2) @mobkaz OH MAN I totally forgot how much I love caprese salad. Like, not just a traditional caprese salad, but spring mix + tomato + fresh mozzarella + balsamic vinaigrette.

I feel like I should announce that I'm eating a salad for dinner while my brother and his fiancée eat macaroni and cheese.  And it's all because this thread made me happy today.

For the record, it's the Dole "Sesame Ginger Asian" salad kit.  And it's delicious.

I don't normally post on this board but my fiance makes a mean salad.

His secret is soy sauce! Just add a little dab, mix it up with just about anything (I prefer ranch). It adds saltiness so I proably wouldn't add it with fruit, it's definitely more savory!
