I am back from the honeymoon and the rush of being back to reality. I can't believe I am married and several things went wrong and I did not care one bit. I loved my hair and makeup and my dress was amazing. FI looked absolutely handsome in his tux and grey bowtie (which he surprised me with) and he even wore my grandfather's cufflinks and buttons.
I was so happy and excited I almost ran down the aisle. We got to spend time with everyone and take lots of pictures, thanks to our coordinator we were able to sit down and have some of the cocktail hour food and sit down calmly for dinner. I loved how all the decor and the salon turned out and the dance floor was full all night long. Our favors were a hit and so was the cake which was delicious. Finally the FOOD was AMAZING.
Oh also I got to change into my converse which everyone loved and kept telling me it was so me. And DH's (eeep) brother gave an amazingly hilarious speech.
We keep hearing from everybody how amazing a time they had, and I just couldn't contain myself at FINALLY being married to my soulmate, my best friend, and the love of my life. I even felt completely different after saying our vows and exchanging rings. I can't explain it, but I LOVE it.
Our honeymoon in vegas was awesome and I wish it didn't have to end. And finally I got a super haircut!! (pics below)
Now for what went wrong:
My dad showed up and behaved even though he had the face of a very constipated person. He went to the ceremony with my grandma and his friend who is a girl but who is supposedly his GF all of a sudden after he found out I made the arrangement for my uncle to go with his ex wife after they got back together. We took some pics after the ceremony and he left. So that is that.
I was daydreaming about my bouquet and it didn't turnout how I expected it to but in the end I didn't care about that either. The MOH bouquet was supposed to be hydrangeas and roses but it ended up being two awkward calla lilies. Same thing with the appearance of the cake but it tasted even better than I expected!
We barely got to dance at the reception but we still had a great time. And I wish I could do it all over again. I told DH that one day he might walk into our apartment and find me wearing the wedding dress.
Anywho thanks for reading and here are some pics!!
