@TwoDimes I know, but there is reasoning! We went on vacation in February, and he was apparently going to propose then BUT things didn't work out. Then my dad passed suddenly in April, and it took me awhile to even think about potential wedding ideas. I joined to see if there was something we could do that was small but not elope.

i love watching makeup videos on youtube, even though i dont actually do my makeup like that. most days its just mascara and a little blush. but i just enjoy watching the videos for fun. same goes for hair tutorials. is that weird?

I love watching dramatic ones, even though I feel like I do dramatic on myself terribly. And i can't do shit with my hair, but love watching vids.

Hahahaha .... so! We had been talking about engagement just after my bday in September. We opted to talk about the wedding we wanted before getting engaged since I was having a hard time planning ANYTHING .... anyways. I had a terrible flu, and Matt dropped and smashed his cell phone. We took the advantage and put him on the Rogers plan {he was with Virgin}

Since I was sick, he said we'd go get my ring that day - I had to go since my name was on the account.

He got a new phone, I got a ring. Few weeks later - just after thanksgiving in October - I asked if he picked up my ring yet, he said yes. Goes to his coat, and tossed it across the room to me.

It's an on-going joke now, and we're going to draw out the trajectory of it in our wedding album

{side note: i did make him put in on my finger}

I don't touch wet paint, but I also don't believe 4 billion stars {i feel there is more tbh}

embarassing stories:

1 - while going to a modeling audition, it was really slushy out. I went to go downstairs, my foot slipped and I slid down the stairs. Didn't fall, my feet bounced whole way down.

My parents were there, and my mum couldn't stop laughing to ask if I was okay {I was fine.} To this day, she can't tell that story without laughing

2 - Matt and I were heading for frozen yogurt, I leaned over to get stuff out of my purse. Matt put a just used vinegar jug on my back {closed and sealed} just stating "there's vinegar on your back, don't move"

He leaves, I try to grab and it falls. He comes to make sure it stayed closed. I took a bag from my purse, and swat him with it. I forgot there was a fork in the bag. I flew out and stuck THROUGH HIS KNUCKLE!!! I panicked, pulled it out, and freaked out while he calmly walked to sink, held his hand over while I raced around getting gauze.

Venture to hospital, I'm sitting in emerg and it was busy. Of course I couldn't go back, nurse had to ask "do you feel safe in your home?" It was an accident so he said yes.

I'm meanwhile texting my mum saying there was cops and I was going to be arrested.

I didn't. He didn't even need stitches. All was fine. Lovely story.

@mrsspence87 - OMG I love your stories! I've done the heel slide thing too! And I've been on your FI's side of the abuse! I made fun of a friend of mine, and she reacted by punching me in the shoulder. But she forgot that she was holding her key between her fingers and stabbed me in the arm! (Just a little, though)...... So glad you didn't get arrested.

@AlPacina I was so sure I was going to lol

- if i was arrested, it would have been when i was younger. When drinking I get loud - funny, but the volume level seems to break. So probably being an obnoxious little fuck. Or associated with someone getting arrested for drugs

- current fave song to dance to is "uptown funk" by bruno mars. I actually had "i'm too hot (hot damn)" part playing when I showed my bridal party my dress ahahahaa

- i am a fan of seafood and very grateful i didn't take after my mum's side of the family since they're allergic lol

- fave superhero ... hmmm good question. I was a huge fan of Tobey Maguire as SpiderMan. So we'll go with that

- OITNB I just finished, and just starting "Sense8" {it's weird if you're curious} I off and on binge on "Being Erica"

I LOOOOVE your black and white fluffball SO much! I want a fluffy cat desperately but H would probably move out. 

Is your orange cat evil? There's a history of evil orange cats around here. 

My 2 oldest kittenbabies turn 8 in September and it makes me so sad. I know they still have a lot of life left but they're like basically middle-aged now and I can't even handle it.

- There isn't!? But it tastes fruity! WHAT IS THIS SORCERY!!!

He is a ball of fluff and is such a suck! Downside is I have to sometimes clean his bum cuz poop gets stuck in his fur. He hates it but I try to be as nice as possible while yanking fur out. {it happens}

Penny is .... actually she's running around like a terror. I call her my toddler because 9/10 she's getting into things.

Side note: Angel is sitting at one end of the hall, she comes tearing down, sees him and bails to hid behind a garbage bag :')!

@mrsspence87 I was the same, I had no idea she was rare until I brought her home. I found her in a shelter in PA and totally broke all the rules bringing her home lol but she is SUCH a lover. it's almost sad.

As a worker of Starbucks I can tell you its actually a hibiscus tea and (to me) it tastes like crap before it's sweetened lol SO BITTER. With lemonade it's actually awesome so I see why its your fave. I am NOT a tea drinker though, ESPECIALLY when it has no caffeine. Coffee all the way!

@mrsspence87, @untouchablets - Since we're on the topic of Starbucks, my very favorite non-espresso drink was the Iced Blackberry Mojito Tea Lemonade. Which is a mouthful and I hated actually ordering it but OMG it was SO good and SO refreshing. I went looking for it not that long ago and found out it's been discontinued.

@swazzle I didn't like that one but I hate that they will introduce something for one season and then take it away. I am super excited about the Mocha Coconut Frappuccino finally coming back this year after three years BECAUSE the coconut syrup tastes amazing in everything. I actually drink the passion tea like water when we have the coconut syrup. Try it! Amazinggg!

@untouchablets - I don't think I've ever actually gotten a Frappuccino. I love anything mocha and anything coconut though so it sounds delicious to me!

@mrsspence87 I'm a klutz too. I broke my foot last summer after tripping over myself and falling off my front steps.

@speakeasy14, this is why you are one of my faves. I also identify with the klutzes.

Our wedding photographer was a close personal friend of mine, so she sent us a giant 6 foot canvas of one of our portraits (she ordered it before losing all the pics in the hard drive crash). So I cherish that thing because I don't have a small/ digital copy of that portrait.

Anyways....being in between houses right now, we had no where to put this at our tiny apartment so DH put it on the landing of the stairs facing up the stairs. Last weekend I moved it into the spare bedroom that's full of boxes. He asked why and I said becaus I had a premonition of myself falling down the stairs and crashing through it. hahahaah that gif reminded me of it!!

@TwoDimes @speakeasy14  I haven't been that bad in a long time, but I have lost count the amount of times Matt has broken his toe on our old couch and old coffee table. Couch was my parents, we borrowed it while we saved for our own {french provincial, cherry wood, old, solid piece!} He would break it so consistantly that I actually bubble wrapped the couch legs!
