To be fair it's true. Of course no one is required to do all those things, but they are common. 

 I don't wear 4 inch heels, but many brides do have their bridesmaids wear certain shoes. You don't want me doing DIY, so I wouldn't help anyone else with that. And neither myself or my sister needed someone else to hold the dress while going to the bathroom (is that still a thing?)

But everything else I can relate to.
