Non-Alcoholic Drink Amounts

edited July 2015 in Food and Cakes
Hello Ladies! Because you've all been so helpful, I have another question for you.

We are going to do a modified open bar at our reception: beer, wine, a few liquors, and some mixers.

I was also wanting to do a self-serve station with water, tea, maybe lemonade, and coffee. Plus I'd like to serve sodas. I can't decide what amounts of these drinks I would need. I can find advice online for alcohol, or drinks at a party with no alcohol, but no combination advice.

We're expecting about 175 people and it will probably be a summer evening in the midwest. Any thoughts?

Thanks!

ETA: What would be the best way to serve sodas? Cans in ice by the self-serve drinks? Or from  behind the bar, cans or glass of soda with ice?
