Glass/Engraved Table Numbers-- where??

Hi all,

For our wedding, I am looking to use glass standing "blocks" or "squares" with the table numbers engraved. I have someone who will do the engraving for me, but am having the hardest time finding where to purchase the glass! Can anyone help point me in the right direction? I've included a picture of what I am envisioning. Thank you for the help!!
