Hello there. It is Thursday which means Friday is ALMOST here. 

H and I went to see Trainwreck last night and I absolutely loved it. I laughed so hard through the whole movie!

I have yet another dentist appointment today so I'll be leaving work early for that. I'm not looking forward to it at all. It's supposed to be the last one but my tooth has been feeling weird lately and with the luck I've had so far, well, I'm not holding out hope. 

My StitchFix is scheduled to arrive today! After peeking, I'm not looking forward to it like I was but maybe I'll be pleasantly surprised. 

So basically, today could either suck really bad OR it can turn out to be awesome. Fingers crossed for the latter.

    Good morning!  I hope that your dentist appointment is easy and that your StitchFix is awesome.

    Trainwreck looks really funny!

    Today is my Friday.  H and I both took off tomorrow since his mom is here.  Last night she made flautas.  I ate six, plus half a cucumber sliced up, avocado, beans, and some really hot sauce she made.  I had to waddle around the house the rest of the night, but SO WORTH IT.  I packed a healthier lunch, but ended up sticking one flauta in with it just because they are so good.

    Tomorrow we're taking H's mom to the peach farm.  Peaches, get in my BELLY.

    What are you having for dinner tonight?
    I don't know... MIL is making something.  I think H asked her to make some homemade tortillas.  We had beans left over, so we might end up having just beans, eggs, and tortillas or something like that.

    What are you wearing today?
    Black maxi skirt, green shirt from LOFT with sparkles on it, rose gold flats, denim jacket.  My hair is in a white-girl-blogger bun because it is too dang hot outside.

    If you won the lottery, what would you do with the money? 
    Pay off the house, save some, give some, take an awesome vacation.

    Would you rather go to the dentist or go to the gynecologist? 
    DENTIST.

    Black on black on black. Black skinny pants and a black/white print blouse thing with black TB sandals.

    Pay off my student loans, pay off both of our cars, give a percentage to our families, travel the world for as long as possible.

    What are you having for dinner tonight? If there's no traffic when I get out of work then I'll go to the mall to do a return and probably end up picking up pizza or something on my way home. If I go right home I plan on making Skinnytaste Pesto Chicken

    What are you wearing today? gold sandals, black skinny pants, a flowy kind of top than I don't know if I really like anymore 

    If you won the lottery, what would you do with the money? How much money are we talking? Depending on how much I would definitely buy a house

    Would you rather go to the dentist or go to the gynecologist? Dentist if it's just a cleaning

    Yes it's Thursday! I have plenty of stuff to do at work but not as swamped as I was before so I can breathe a little. Like I said above I'm going to try to go the mall tonight. I ordered shoes online and they're way too small. I'm looking for plain black pointy toe flats. Any recommendations under $50? 

    Dinner depends on whether I go to the mall or not. If I don't I also want to get outside for a walk/jog when I get home. Really trying to get at LEAST 3 days of exercise in every week. I know I probably won't lose weight that way but I need to not gain and I just need the routine so I stick with it. 

    @swazzle I want to order another Stitch Fix so bad but just got one on Saturday lol.

    @swazzle sorry the tooth hurts.  I hate the dentist so much.  I hope it's not anything big.

    @southernpeach89 I'm glad the home daycare will work out.  I love the wreaths.

    @cocobellaF dinner last night sounded really good!

    My co worker is back today from 3 month paternity leave, so today will be a bit busy since I have to catch him up on things while he was gone.  I'm finding it so hard to stay motivated studying at night it sucks. I'm still getting in 2 1/2 hours in usually.  I'm just trying to focus on cooking more healthy meals for myself too.   I can't wait until Friday I have a 3 day weekend and so much to look forward to.

    Leftovers stuffed acorn stuffed, stuffed with quinoa spinach and black beans

    wrap dress- black with navy and light blue pinstripes

    I'm tired today. Tessie's new favorite thing is waking us up anywhere from 1 am to 3 am so we can turn on the light so she can see the floor to jump down from the bed. UGH. Between that, cheer practice, and eating my weight in steak tips, roasted potatoes, and corn on the cob last night, I'm tired!

    I am happy though because I got on the scale this morning and I am down 2.8 pounds! I had been doing pretty good with weight watchers, but then fell off the wagon and started to stress eat. I had gained back about 4ish pounds, so I am trying to really get back on the horse and get back to it! 

    What are you having for dinner tonight?
    I have no idea. I think we have chicken and pork chops taken out for the rest of the week, but sometimes BF throws stuff in the freezer and I have no clue.

    What are you wearing today?
    Green/blue/white/pink tye-die maxi skirt, green tank and a white tee over it, with my favorite Tommy Hilfiger flip flops. 

    If you won the lottery, what would you do with the money? 
    Pay off student loans for sure. It would automatically make me richer because I would have more money every month to spend on other things.

    Morning ladies!  I've been up most of the night unfortunately.  Rajah got really sick yesterday (I think maybe his new dog food isn't agreeing with him).  We didn't go to bed until 11 pm, then H got up with him at 1 am (but I'm a light sleeper so I was up too), Raj got up again at 3 and again at 5 (at that point, I gave up on sleep and just sat outside with him after walking him).  Poor guy.  I'm at work and have a full day too so thank God for coffee.  They are doing construction at work for the last few days too and the noise is insane so thank God for aspirin as well.  On the bright side, my talk with my "friend" who tried to go behind my back went as well as it could yesterday...that said, I'm not sure I trust her.

    What are you having for dinner tonight? Maybe breakfast for dinner?  Dunno.

    What are you wearing today? black dress with black shrug...all the creativity I could muster this morning 

    If you won the lottery, what would you do with the money? Pay off our house and our family's houses, vacation a ton.

    Lazy night last night. Laundry, dinner, etc. Matt's stepdad invited him to a football game Friday, so I booked myself a massage. I got a gift card from my shower, so works out!

    Tonight is banking and groceries and Matt's picking up 2 items we left at the venue.

    Craving corn, but prob picking up a pizza with groceries or something simple and quick.

    Light pink top, black capri's and light pink shoes

    Buy a house. Give family money. Pay off debts. Invest.

    Gyno. I got bikini wax before and was not a fan at all. I think I may save for laser hair removal.

    @lavenderfields13 - My jaw is actually misaligned so dentist appointments can be quite painful for me since I have to have my mouth open for so long. Plus I really hate that stupid pointy thing they always poke you with. I do like how clean my mouth feels after a cleaning though.

    What are you having for dinner tonight? Probably something picked up at Costco since we need to do some serious grocery shopping for the shower.
    What are you wearing today? A navy blue dress with tiny polka dots and cognac wedges.
    If you won the lottery, what would you do with the money? Pay off our student loans, pay off our house, pay off our parents/siblings mortgages, invest the rest of our money so we can live the rest of our lives on vacation.

    @GoldenPenguin I'm so jealous you get to hang out with @Swazzle and her babies this weekend. I wish I could be there too!! Also, no dress code really is the best thing ever.

    You guys, I am SO ANGRY right now. I ordered some flowers from Costco for @southernpeach89's shower. You select a delivery date when you order and I chose today because I wanted them to have a little (but not too much time) to get refreshed and open up before Saturday. Well, I check the delivery status again this morning to confirm when to expect FedEx (I checked it on Tuesday when they shipped and they said before 10:30 am Thursday so I was just reconfirming) and lo and behold, the fucking site says DELIVERED on WEDNESDAY. So I start frantically contacting my parents and they said they never got a package. I leave work (since my parents are only 10 minutes away) and check around the house and glance at the neighbors houses, and again, definitely no package. So I call Costco and they investigate and apparently it was delivered to a freaking wrong address! I really fucking hope M. Esteves who signed for the flowers is fucking enjoying MY hydrangeas. So now I'm WFH and waiting on a phone call from the florist. They are supposed to get my flowers to me today, but I'm still really fucking angry right now. I've never had this problem before with Costco and they really fucked it up.

    Anyway, tonight we're supposed to go grocery shopping for the shower and I might start doing some initial set up inside before Saturday and also make brownies for one of my desserts. I don't know, I can't think right now, I just want my stupid flowers to be here.

    @lavenderfields13 - I brush 2x a day, I floss, I don't generally eat candy or drink soda and yet every 6 months when I go for a cleaning, it leads to fillings or worse. So yea, I absolutely hate the dentist and it's the literal worst place on the planet for me.

    I finally finished reading Paper Towns last night, it definitely picked up in the last 1/4 and I liked it a lot. Will probably go on a solo date to see the movie Saturday morning. I love going in the morning because it's cheaper and it's empty. H will be at work, which is fine because then I don't have to share my popcorn haha

    @swazzle do you have a fluoride deficiency? My dentist told me I have that. If so, ask them about a mouth wash you can get. I can't remember off hand what it's called, but it's high in fluoride and should help prevent need for fillings!

    Ditto this suggestion. My dad was the same as you, flossed, brushed x2 a day, just kept good care of his teeth in general but always got cavities. His dentist suggested a mouth wash and my dad says it has helped a lot!

    @labro maybe he/ she thought someone sent them flowers? I'm sure I would have just signed and then been like "oh H thank you!" without really questioning it.     @jenna8984 30 bulk white hydrangeas? Extremely doubtful. I hate that person and I also hate Fedex and Costco right now. Plus they come in a big ugly box. It's not a normal florist delivery where someone walks up with a big beautiful bouquet. I am just really really mad so excuse excessive emotion on my part.

    @labro No I didn't AW my Fix, didn't even think about it! Maybe next time if we have a thread for it. I didn't love everything but I liked some stuff so I kept it all because I thought it was worth the 25% discount. So far I've only received 2 Fixes but the jeans I've received have been the BEST fitting jeans! I didn't keep the first ones because they were $98 which is WAY over my budget for jeans. 

    I would be really pissed about the flowers too! Who the fuck does M. Esteves think sent them flowers?? lol

    @swazzle I guess I have it pretty good at the dentist then- I've been lucky since I am awful about flossing, You must just be prone to cavities or whatever which really sucks. I do need to get my wisdom teeth out eventually which I am not looking forward to.

    @jenna8984 - A flauta is like a taquito.  My MIL cooked chicken with onion and garlic, shredded it, rolled it in a toasted corn tortilla, and then fries it.  Delicious but so bad.

    @jenna8984 I looked really quick at DSW online and didn't see the perfect pair but I'll check when I'm at the mall sicne they have one at the mall I go to. Speaking of the mall- I will not be going tonight since I forgot my shoes I need to return! Damn it. 

    Does your butt just look big? I've got a big butt and I love it since I have no boobs lol.

    I just finished Paper Towns the other night. I really liked it, it kept me interested. I actually haven't even seen previews for the movie! Not sure if I'll see it. Sometimes I hate seeing a movie after I've read the book because it's just not the same and I have specific images in my head of what the characters look like and the the movie ruins it!
    Next up for reading is Where'd you Go Bernadette? which I think @cu97tiger recommended. I have no clue what it's about, I just wrote down the title when people were giving book recs.
