More than one bridesmaid dilemma

I am planning my wedding for February of 2016 and am struggling a bit with the issue of bridesmaids.  If I have more than one bridesmaid will my fiance need have the same number of best men? I wanted to keep the ceremony small and intimate, but picking one seems just about impossible.

    No, uneven sides are just fine and common.
