So my park district offered Fluid Running this summer and I absolutely loved it. Other park districts offered fall/winter/spring sessions as well but because I don't live in the township they were way expensive. Joining the Y was my cheapest option.
Has anyone done fluid running before? They also have fluid yoga which interests me but all were offered at times that I am at work
I also joined deep water fitness, water in motion, and aquacise. Anyone have any insight on any of these? I'm excited. I can't seem to go to the gym for land workouts, I really hope water ones doe the trick.
