Lost knot Personalized Website!

Has anyone totally had the knot LOSE their website?!? I created my website months ago and had it printed on my invitations. This weekend I had guests emailing me saying it was missing. When I log into my account now I show no trace of the website ever existing. I've emailed tech support but I have no idea how long it takes them to get back to me and in the meantime my guests can't access the site. Any ideas other than just starting over and making it again from scratch (hoping I can get the same URL)?? Thanks!
