I am 26 days away from being married and am still getting remarks and comments from people who are not invited to the wedding!! My parents are deceased, I am on disability and have no other income.  I feel so bad, but am running out of things to say to these people.  I am 55 yrs old, never married, and most of the people driving me crazy are people I went to high school with 30 years ago and very distant relatives...I needed to vent...thanks for listening..

Just don't mention your wedding to anyone not invited or post about it on social media. If they bring it up just do the simple "Unfortunately we couldn't invite everyone we wanted. Did you see local sports team's game?/ Have you seen the new Meryl Streep film?/ Wow, this bean dip is delicious, you should try it".

Ditto Lisa. And if they persist, here's what I eventually told some: "This is a wedding, not a kegger for everyone I've ever known."

I have a shit load of money and an still a total wreck. Money doesn't solve everything.
