Taking them with a friend who is a professional photgrapher but, not a wedding photographer.

Any Ideas on locations in Nassau County?

    We did ours at Argyle Park in Babylon (western Suffolk).  The Old Westbury gardens are also pretty.

    there are so many wonderful places depending on where you are from in Nassau. If you let me know this, I can point you in the right direction.

    I'm on the south shore.
    I was thinking of doing Long Beach.

    Any other thoughts?

    Well, if you take a trip to Coe Hall at Planting Fields...unless you have a gown on they will not stop you if you are taking pictures casually with a friend. If it looks too professional they will stop you (I know from experience). You can also look into Westbury Gardens but they charge.

    Hope this info helps you.

    Long Beach would be a nice choice to shoot as well.

    I did Long Beach and they came out great.  Somebody also recommended Robert Moses cause there's the light house you can use too.  I'm sure Wantagh park would also be nice can do park and beach themed pictures.

    We got engaged on the beach in Long Beach so I'm thinking it would make sense to do the photos there too.
