Only six weeks or so to go for me ... Thought I'd get the form filled in online. They reckon Internet Explorer's best for this but has anyone used an iPad? The form seems to open up ok but I'm wary of proceeding. And do you need to print off the form & take it with you when you go to collect the licence, or do you just get a reference number or something? I can't print from my iPad & don't want to risk the application being stuck in limbo ... x

The reference # is all you need, although as long as you have your id you'll be fine with anything.  You can certainly try from ipad, worst that will happen is you have to do it all over again if it won't submit. :-)

I just filled it out. Pretty sure we used Chrome - haha. Surprised how little was really involved. The hardest part was figuring out my parent's middle names and what state they were born in exaclty.

Thank you!  As I'm in the UK & arranging this via the internet & telephone, I'm terrified of getting this wrong!

Worst that happens is that the pre-application wouldn't take and you'd have to start from scratch in person in the office, which would take about an hour.

Does anyone have an idea of what happens after the ceremony? We pick up the license Thurs and are having a Fri wedding. A freind of our from MN is performing the ceremony and actually completed the paperwork to to be ordained in Vegas so he can sign the certificate. So we submit something after he signs. He told me something about Nevada law but I wasnt really paying attention and have a million other To-Dos
