Fall Barn Wedding - What could go wrong? Any suggestions?

Hi fellow knotties,

I'm about to tour the Tollander Tree Farms in Kimball, MI (a little west of Port Huron) in a couple weeks and I need some ideas of questions to ask while I'm there? I'm trying to trouble-shoot possible problems with the fall weather and the fact that the ceremony will be outdoors and the reception half in a barn and half in a tent - I know I need to ask about bringing in heaters to combat the possibly cold weather, but any other problems that might arise?

Does anyone else have experience with barn weddings or outdoor weddings in the fall or in general? Any problems or suggestions?

What's their alternative if it rains?
Who will handle lawn care (leafs the morning of)?
Do they spray for bugs/Mosquitos, how often?
What's the bathroom situation?
What space does the caterer have to work in (stove, fridge, sink etc)?
Who will flip the chairs from the ceremony to the reception or do you need to order two sets?
When will the rental company need to pick up their linens, chairs etc?
