Would you drop a bridesmaid/groomsman if they couldn't make the rehearsal?

The only time our venue would allow a rehersal is at noon two days before the wedding, since it is booked every hour otherwise.  Naturally, some of the wedding party can’t get off for it.  Should I drop them?  Would you?

Thankfully it was shut down pretty ruthlessly (that 100% "NO" poll tho) but I'm guessing the 95 in "kimlynn95" refers to the bride's year of birth...

Well, as someone who is concerned about being in a February wedding because of too much snow who is... throwing a February wedding herself, I don't take her to be the sharpest tack in the box.

Also just a great read. Most 19 year olds are definitely fully mature enough to get married.

Hell no. Both of my bridesmaids are a thousand miles away from me. If my rehearsal is 2 weeks prior, they will not show up. That's fine and understandable... they can't put their life on hold because of a rehearsal. If it's a day before, I asked them to come down that day or day before the day of rehearsal, if they can.
