Large Martini Glass Centerpiece

Is anyone aware of where I can rent large martini glass centerpieces?? I am looking for at least 16 inches in height. I can only find as large as 10in. No one in Northeast Ohio seems to have them. Please help!!!

    I know it's not NE Ohio, but call Libbey Glass Outlet in Toledo, OH. They have such a huge selection of glassware, and I know I have bought large martini glasses for centerpieces there before.
