Congrats Canadian Knotties, for getting rid of Harper!!  CBC just made the first call that Trudeau will be the next PM.  So excited

    Yay! It's going to be interesting for sure. We've been conservative for so long that a lot of people are 'scared' because of the change. But he needed to go and I have high hopes that Trudeau will be good for us.

    Yeah, we're in a rural Alberta riding, so we knew our votes would amount to nothing.  Honestly, I'm not really a fan of either Trudeau or Mulcair, but I'll take either of them over Harper.  It's too bad that the NDP lost as much ground as they did after Layton passed away.  I think he would have been a great leader.
