I am a D cup need to wear a bra. Dress is satin so heavy padded bra out.

Why do people buy these dresses without thinking about this in advance? This dress is designed to be worn braless.

I'd either adjust the fit so it is less droopy in front and have the seamstress add cups, or wear the stick on cups.

Any bra you wear is going to be visable from the back.

Get those stick on cups. I don't think you're going to find any bra that works with this.
