We bought 3 dozen cupcakes from Freed's for our reception. We chose chocolate peanut butter, red velvet and chocolate covered cherry. When we first contacted them via e-mail the initial person was great. She didn't mind questions though I did feel like I had to wait for responses. Closer to our date the contact was replaced and the new person was quite short and difficult to work with. I read great reviews so I stuck with them. The cupcakes were moist but just ok nothing spectacular. I bake and make my own icing and I felt like I could've made them myself. I love red velvet but the cream cheese icing was just too rich for me, same for the peanut butter, by far the best was the cherry! I'm not sure if people were stuffed from lunch or if they felt the same way but we ended up leaving about half in the room when we checked out.
