Beaded neckpiece accessories?

I just bought this dress,

 (I am not wearing the belt with it) but instead I am adding a beaded neckpiece accent like this: http://www.plbgbridal.com/collections/beaded-accents-veils-and-jackets/DA18

However, I cannot pay $200 for this. Does anyone know where you can find items like this? I cannot find anything online..

You might try a local fabric or notions store. In NYC M&J Trimmings is your best bet. But that's probably not far off on cost. Beaded trim isn't cheap and something that ornate already cut to fit your dress will be pricy.

I honestly don't get why you would add that when it's so lovely without. If you don't have the budget for it, just skip it. I don't doubt a seamstress would charge a similar price to add beading to the dress anyway.

I just want a little sparkle to the dress, and after putting it on the dress, I fell in love with it so I want sparkle haha My mom is trying to cut costs anyway we can, and she believes this is one place we can cut back a little. Belts are so easy to find-these.. not so much. 

I didn't think about a seamstress doing that! However, my grandmother will probably be doing any alterations for our wedding (she is an amazing seamstress, actually made my aunts wedding dress when she remarried a few years ago).
