Any advice on photographers in the $1000-$2500 price range in CT

Helping the fiance' out while she has her plate full outside of wedding stuff. We found a venue, the Aria, a awesome DJ, After Hours, and an officiant Father Mike. Now trying to find a photographer I been reading through the forum found a few already reached out to, contacted TAB photography. 

Any photographers to check out within a reasonable budget?

Perceptions Photography out of Middletown is a bit over your price point, but she may work with you. She's usually around $2,800.

I recommend TAB Photographic.  He can probably work within your budget. I also met someone from Hawk Photography which can definitely do that budget.

I was on wedding wire the other day and you can actually look for a photographer by price.  You should check that out.

I booked Kindred Photography within that price range.  They are a husband and wife team and you get two photographers for under $2500. My wedding hasn't happened yet, but I met them and they were super sweet!
