Hotel venue for Hindu/Catholic wedding in NJ?

Hi there,

My fiance is Hindu and I am Catholic, and we are looking for a hotel venue (because we have tons of out of town guests) in New Jersey where we can hold all the events- any suggestions?  We have about 250 guests and are looking for a place where we can have a mix of Indian catering and American catering.

    Dolce in Basking Ridge / Marriott Hanover / Hilton Parsippany there are dime a dozen hotels in NJ that allow outside caterers and can offer a fusion menu from their in-house kitchen as well! Above are few, pm me if you need more :)

    North, Central or South? FYI most hotels in NJ allow outside Indian or Kosher caterers and have in-house catering service also available.
