Recommendations on florist and bakery for cake?

Where are you getting married in Atlanta? It's such a HUGE region and there are seriously tons of options for florists and bakers. You'll probably want someone close to your venue if possible...or at least not inconvenient to you. I'd be happy to recommend some vendors but it probably won't be helpful at all if they aren't in your area.
