Morning!
Last night I got home from work at 4:30, fell asleep at 5, woke up at 7, cooked and ate dinner (HelloFresh coconut chicken with garlic green beans and sweet potato fries), read a little, and went to bed. I'm still feeling crappy but I'm hoping getting some extra much-needed sleep is helping.
Today is my weigh-in day and I'm -0.4 this week which isn't much but it puts me at -5 overall since joining WW and puts me in the 150s for the first time in for-fucking-ever so I'm jumping with joy! My clothes are already fitting better which is the biggest relief.
Also, for anyone that's looking for a good book, I'm currently reading Orphan Train by Christina Baker Kline and I can't put it down. I think it's considered historical fiction and it's nothing at all like the usual dark, twisted thrillers I usually read.

Tonight will be uneventful. Dinner is HelloFresh steak au poivre with creamed kale and cheesy potatoes. I really wanted to get back to the gym this week but I just do not feel well at all
