Weekend wedding invitation wording

Hi Everyone,
My fiance and I have booked an Inn to host our intimate Saturday night wedding of 40 people.  We will be providing each guest with a guest room for the night of the wedding and hosting a brunch the next morning.  We will also host a casual dinner on the Friday evening before and offering those that come a discounted room for that night.  We will be providing ideas for activities and things to do in the area for Saturday during the day.  So it is a very lax wedding weekend, and I am finding it difficult to word in an invitation.  Any suggestions?

As for the rest, all of those things are to go on separate inserts in your invitation package.  So you would have an insert for the Friday dinner to include info about lodging, an insert about activities to do in the area and an insert about the brunch.

Since you are hosting all of these things then I am going to assume you will need a headcount.  So you could make one large RSVP card to include the Friday dinner, the actual wedding and the Sunday brunch.

I would also include an insert about the complimentary guest room as well as a way for those who want a guest room to RSVP for one.

I agree with the above posters.  Your wedding invitation is for your wedding day, and you only get one day.  Since you will be hosting on other days, these invitations would not go onto the main body of your wedding invitation, but on separate inserts.  Just word your main invitation as customary.
