I swear this woman I work with is dumb

She makes me want to scream, so I have to vent for a bit.

1. She routinely forgets meetings. She organizes them, there are reminders that pop on our calendars but she just...doesn't show. And she's the leader so we're all stuck listening to the shitty hold music of our teleconferencing system.

2. She puts meetings on my calendar but doesn't actually look at my calendar. The meeting invite will show you if someone is free but she constantly sends me meeting invites where I am clearly busy. And then gets mad because "I'm never free!" I am, you just don't bother to look when.

3. Today she told me I'd be OOO next week Wednesday. I pointed out that I am only out on Tuesday, and I sent her an invite for my absence but made it an "all day event" and because of our time zone differences I was probably going to show I was OOO for part of Wednesday. But I am clearly here, as evidenced by my calendar and the planned meetings for that day.

There is more....but that's just from the past 2 hours.

This is one of my biggest pet peeves. It's not hard to see who is available when--hell, Outlook will even suggest available times for your particular invite list.  Grrrrrr.

This shit drives me crazy.  You're lucky she even uses the Outlook meeting calendar (or whatever you're using that's similar).  I have a boss that will set up meeting invites in Outlook, but then whenever she changes the time or needs to cancel them (which is ALL THE FUCKING TIME), she never updates or cancels in Outlook.  She will email the entire group to let everyone know - which is actually way more effort and proves she just doesn't fucking get it - or she will tell one person verbally, and another via email, and inevitably someone doesn't get the memo and still shows up for the cancelled meeting.  Daily head explosions.

She seems pretty clueless! The worst is when the bad employee is a favorite of the boss (DON'T KNOW WHY). And gives them a bigger holiday bonus and paycheck for no reason, lawd.
Where I used to work, and where my fiance works now (And is trying to leave), there is a girl who is the shining example of what a bad employee looks like. She does all her work incorrectly, she doesn't know how to use the computer programs that are essential in our profession, architecture. The boss allows her to interview new people and speaks highly of people who aren't at all qualified by saying "They seem good". She uses the company credit cards to take "Team lunches" with one other employee for 2 hours every day. She draws everything inaccurately and sends them to someone else to fix and when someone complains she says "we don't need to be accurate it's ok", although they are an architecture firm and someone will one day need to build this stuff. 
The kicker, she thinks it's ok to have an outlet in a shower in a gym design, "So gym goers can charge their phones while showering!"

I can't make this stuff up, my fiance is depressed because his brain cells are being drained by her presence.
