Hi Ladies,

   I'm getting married outeast in wine country. I would like to give my guests a mini bottle of wine for their favors, but i'd like to keep the wine local to Long Island. Any ideas of where I could purchase this for a reasonable price. I've called some places and they want 40 for a half bottle!!!! Any help would be great!

    $40 for a half-bottle is par on the North Fork. Try Peconic Bay in Cutchouge and Bedell Cellars... You could also do a legit full bottle of a table wine for like 10/bottle and you always get discounts for larger purchases.

    Check Duck Walk and Pindar, and maybe Martha Clara (they're bigger producers and have some low-priced table wines.) I also know that Macari has their Collena 48 red and white table wines for 9/bottle and I think they do 20% off on a full case, maybe more. HTH.
