Hi ladies! Some of us NEYers started a 29 day challenge yesterday, and I thought I'd post it here, too. The goal is to do this workout on days that you aren't already working out, or add this to the end of a workout to get an added boost.
1-5 rounds of:
10 push-ups (if you can't do a full push-up, do a push-up against an anchored chair or table, rather than from your knees)
20 squats
30 sit-ups (full sit-ups or crunches, your choice)
40 jumping jacks
