Wedding Music Selection

I'd like to add a section on my website where people can enter 1-3 songs that they'd like to hear at the wedding. Does anyone know how to do this?

Maybe a Google form? What website are you using?

Simple way to do it would be to share a Google Spread sheet. Create the sheet, set up your columns (Artist and song), and just provide the link to the sheet on your wedding website - if you have one. If you know how to actually write a website you could build it into it, but if not, then sharing the link for the Google sheet would suffice. 

You can also just make a note on the website that the DJ/band (if you have one) will take requests - and make sure they have agreed to this as well. That way people know they can do so, or the DJ/Band can just mention it during the night.
