What to do? Bridal Shower with Adult Coloring activity?

We had one of these in lieu of a guest book at our wedding: http://www.worldofmoose.com/collections/fill-me-in-posters
we just put it on a table with some colored pencils and people either colored it, signed it, both or neither. They are really cute and ours is now framed in our house!
