Wedding Coordinator for budget bride

I am an out of town bride in search of a wedding coordinator to assist me with my November wedding in Nassau County, LI.  I've already taken care of a few things, but mainly need assistance with contacting a few potential vendors/setting up appointments, making sure I am completing tasks in a timely fashion, assisting with invitations etc.  I will likely need the most assistance during the last month (tying up any loose ends and confirming everything), coordinating the rehearsal, and coordinating the day of.  Any suggestions?

    I loved my DOC!  She was super helpful and did so much setup and planning for me.  I am totally unorganized and she helped to keep me on schedule leading up to my wedding and esp. the day of.  I worked with Katie from Sara Kate Events and I highly recommend her!  Email:  sarakateevents@gmail.com

    In all honesty, you may not need a wedding coordinator...I was living in PA but got married at Westbury Manor. Many of the venues up that way provide a coordinator that will help you. I would check with your venue

    I hired a Day of Coordinator - and I'm also getting married in Nassau County. Our wedding will be small (under 80 guests). We are using Fairy Tale Events - Chrissi Mordhurst. Send me a message if you want her contact info or Facebook link.
