    Breakfast: oatmeal with flax, chia, cinnamon and coconut sugar

    Lunch: quinoa taco salad - didn't make it last week and I MISSED IT SO MUCH

    Dinner: Blue Apron Grilled Brie Cheese & Strawberry Jam Sandwich with a kale salad <--- literally SO EXCITED for this. I love brie.

    Snacks: veggie/flax chips, banana

    Lunch: Not sure yet. All of my food went bad over the weekend, so I need to grab something to-go. Not sure where I want go though. Maybe Panera? Maybe Jason's Deli? Maybe Pei Wei?

    Dinner: ST Oven Fried Chicken and veggies

    Snacks: none with me, but I'll scavenge in the break room for snacks if I get hungry

    It depends on my mood - I love love love Eggs Benedict, but if I'm feeling like something sweet you can't beat a stuffed french toast with fruit or something.. or nutella... ugh now I want to throw away my oatmeal and go get a real breakfast.

    Breakfast: Oatmeal w/ peanut butter; mini-frittata, chocolate soy milk, matcha green tea, coffee

    Lunch: Salad with kale, broccoli, bell pepper, and fish

    Dinner: Ginger-rosemary lamb chops with ginger quinoa; roasted kale and maybe roasted brussels sprouts.

    Snacks: Tea, cherries, rice cakes with peanut butter


    Exercise: I ran this morning! And I'm planning on a power yoga class this afternoon.

    Lunch: Leftover chicken, veggies, and santa fe rice

    Dinner: Slow cooker turkey breast in orange sauce

    Snacks: Satsumas, string cheese, Spaghetti-O's, ice cream


    Exercise: I was supposed to run today, but flaked. I will try to make up for it with some jump roping and my TIU moves of the day later.

    What a coincidence! It's the Hot Porn Dip, *cough* I mean Hot Corn Dip, I posted yesterday! Close runner up is guac or fresh homemade salsa.

  • @AlPacina I think you were sleeping when I made it in Chicago. It's so easy. You take a microwavable dish, and spread a thing of cream cheese around the bottom. Add some italian seasoning, then shredded mozzarella and parmesan cheese. Then add pizza sauce, and top with another layer of Mozz and Parm. Pop in the microwave for 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted on top. You can scoop with Fritos Scoops or you can serve with bread sliced, but I like the Fritos better.
