Venues with outside catering and alcohol?

Im having a hard time finding venues for my traditional Lao wedding. My last resort is St. Mary's Greek Orthodox. Does anyone know any other venues? It must accomadate 500+ guests and allow outside catering and alcohol. it's a must to have outside catering. There's no other way around it. Please and thanks. I've read other forums with the same problem but it's dated back a few years and a lot of venues changed their rules about catering

    Check some of the area ski hills...  Depending on the date that may be a possibility...  Check out the State Fairgrounds...  Little Log House Pioneer Village might be able to handle an event that size...  Even though it's all-inclusive, The Mermaid may be a possibility
