Weekly Accountability 5/31 - 6/3

Tuesday, May 31st

Breakfast:  Avocado and tomato on an english muffin (5), coffee with SF hazelnut (1) 

Lunch: Turkey, pepper jack, and avocado on light bread (7)

Dinner: I don't know yet! I need to meal plan for the week and send H to the grocery store after work (~13)

Snacks: Picklepak, banana, Goldfish (4)

Exercise:  Nope

Tuesday question: OOTD? 
A paisley print dress (black, navy, turquoise, a little yellow, white) and light brown Birks

    Dinner: Leftover Crab cakes

    Snacks: Strawberries and blueberries

    Exercise:  None today, too sore to move.

    Breakfast:  Coffee, bagel and cream cheese (10)

    Lunch: Turkey and cheddar on a flat out with fresh sliced tomatoes with some salt and peppa! (6)

    Dinner: Leftover beef chili w/ shredded cheese and sour cream (10)

    Snacks: None

    Exercise:  Nope

    Tuesday question: OOTD? 
    Black v-neck maxi dress from the Loft, no shoes because who needs shoes when you WFH?

    Breakfast:  Curate bar

    Lunch: Turkey wrap with havarti cheese, lettuce, carrots and creamy italian dressing, strawberries

    Dinner: Baked fish, green beans, grilled corn

    Snacks: Yogurt

    Exercise:  Elliptical - 30 minutes

    Lunch: quinoa taco salad

    Dinner: Probably scrambled eggs with spinach, goat cheese, avocado and salsa

    Snacks: TJ's honey greek yogurt, banana

    Exercise:  possibly 4.5 mile run

    A paisley print blue & white sleeveless shirt ( @Swazzle is it paisley day?!), jeans, jack rogers sandals.

    Dinner: Turkey tips (2), rice (8), and corn (3)

    Exercise:  Gym

    Dinner: Tilapia, veggies, brown rice

    Exercise:  Cardio! Gotta sweat out all this bloat lol

    Breakfast: Coffee (1) and watermelon

    Lunch: Oikos (3), Pringles (5), Cheese (1), and applesauce

    Dinner: 6 Fish Sticks (8), Fries (8)

    Snacks: Strawberries, Blueberries, and a WW mint cookie (2)

    Exercise:  Hoping to get a walk in again today.

    Thursday question: What is your favorite Crock-pot/Slow Cooker recipe?
    I can't stop thinking about our pulled chicken from last night! So that probably! We did three chicken breasts, a whole bottle of BBQ sauce, two tablespoons of worcestershire sauce, a cup of italian dressing, and some cumin. Cook low for 6-8 hours, shred and let cook for 20 more minutes. NOM!

    Breakfast: Hot tea and banana with PB2

    Lunch: Probably a turkey sammich with Goldfish and unsweetened applesauce

    Dinner: Ham steak, rolls, and a veggie mix

    Snacks: Greek yogurt, fruit

    Exercise:  More cardio! I'm doing cardio a few days in a row to sweat a bunch of my bloat out. I have been eating like crap since we got back from DC.

    Thursday question: What is your favorite Crock-pot/Slow Cooker recipe?
    @labro 's slow cooker mac n cheese is delicious. I also enjoy pork butt/shoulder and liquid smoke.
