Hi Ladies,
 My fiancé and I are on a very tight budget. The majority of our wedding is going to be DIY. I am looking for a venue in or around the Indianapolis area that will allow you to bring outside vendors. Thanks in advance!

Try Art Galleries.  They have nice pricing and allow outside catering and sometimes bar service.  gallery 42 is a good option
