How to Address....

I'm inviting someone and their significant other, however, they do not live together. I've only met the SO a few times so I would feel a little strange sending just him an invite. Do I send the invite to just her address but do Mr. His Name His Last and Ms. Her First Name Her Last name?

Technically they are suppose to get their own invite; however, I see this as a victimless crime. DD invited SOs on the invite of her friend. She had the friend's name first, which in her case was usually the woman.
