Judge Persky was removed *from* a trial

I read last week that they struggled to fill the jury on the other case mentioned in this article because people did not want to sit in his courtroom, and then this news today:

I'm glad to see the DA putting the focus on the victim and her ability to get a fair trial, but I wonder if this will mean anything in the long run.

I saw that too.  I definitely think it's the right move, but I'm worried people will end up dismissing this as one bad judge and miss the systemic problems involved.

@scrunchythief it's a start though, right? At least someone is saying we're not gonna take it. It's definitely not enough, but it's something.
