Where is the appropriate place to give the link to the wedding website?

Should it be included in the reception/more info card within the wedding invite?

If you are doing save the dates you can also include it there as well as an insert in your invitations.

We put it on our Save the Date magnets.

Definitely not facebook (if that thought crossed your mind like it did mine for .3 seconds). I didn't send STDs. I put ours on the RSVP cards.

Only put it on things that just your guests will see. (I.e. Invites and/or save the dates) no Facebook or other websites. 

You our could also have your shower host put it on those invites if you so choose

Save the dates yes, shower invites yes, wedding invites no. They can be included on an information card (accommodations etc.) but not the actual invitation.

Sorry, yes I agree, not ON the actual invitation, just on another card inside the invitation "package"
