Seamstress Needed ASAP

I bought a dress from DB for the rehearsal dinner however I need it taken in at the hips but I dont want to take the dress there for the alterations because I heard they are expensive and horrible.

I have my wedding dress being done by where I bought my wedding gown from but I know she is doing a lot of work with that one and is extremely busy.  I am not from around NY so I would love any suggestions for a seamstress that is near hicksville/east roackaway.  I need it done in 2 weeks! EEK!

    even though the one where you bought your dress is busy i'd still ask her. why not? she may be able to fit it in.

    I used Alterations Unlimited by Gina in Deer Park for my wedding gown...she did amazing work and I absolutely recommend her to everyone now!
