I'm about to blow off work and go on a hike with a member.   Her husband is on the board and I think they are trying to figure out what it will take to keep us to stay.

Thanks!  I'm hopeful, we shall see!   How's the job thing going?  Are you guys still on the fence about moving?

    He is suppose to fly to Toronto next week, but he hasn't actually been sent the tickets (club is buying them).    We know their starting salary is much more than here.   This will be the 2nd tasting for the club in FL.  There is one other chef in the running.

The club here is in talks with DH to keep him here.  They do not know about the Toronto trip, but they do know DH is underpaid and is willing to look for a place that is willing to pay what he is worth.   We keep hearing they do not want to lose him.

So basically we are in a holding pattern.
