Well hello ladies. Not sure I'm doing this right, but here goes....

Monday, August 8:
Breakfast: Chick-fil-a breakfast sandwich and a coke
Lunch: CFA hashbrowns (leftover from breakfast), cashews, popcorn
Snacks: Protein bar
Dinner: Some kind of sausage dish...

Exercise: I was supposed to get up and run this morning but I was too lazy... I just laid in bed on my phone. FAIL 
If it's not too hot tonight, I'll try to get out and do it then.

I wanted today to be my first 'no added sugar, no white bread' day to get ready for a fun weekend in Florida for my birthday, but instead I had a biscuit AND a coke with breakfast. FAIL

    Breakfast: 2 egg omelette with cheddar cheese
    Lunch: rice with sriracha and sliced tomatoes with salt n pepper
    Snacks: Some popsicles...
    Dinner: Ginger marinated pork tenderloin and veggies

    Exercise: Lol. I'm struggling to breath normally right now...I can't imagine how amazing congestion must feel while working out.

    Breakfast: Bad things...I definitely got into my H's PB brownie trifle....: (
    Lunch: Sushi
    Snacks: None
    Dinner: I'm making tomato basil gnocchi

    Exercise: CrossFit...lots of rowing today. It's hot out so I'm glad we aren't running outside.

    Breakfast: 
    Protein shake
    Snack: beef and cheese stick
    Lunch: Turkey, apple and brie sandwich
    Snack: Cashews, protein bar
    Dinner: Maybe BFD again

    Exercise: Crossfit this a.m.

    Breakfast: 
    Coffee and scrambled eggs
    Snack: Craisins, cheese
    Lunch: PBJ sandwich
    Snack: None
    Dinner: Beef stuffed crescents, other apps from small group

    Exercise: Crossfit this afternoon

    Breakfast: 
    Literally all the coffee.
    Snack: Popsicles to sooth my throat.
    Lunch: I have no idea.
    Snack: More snacks????
    Dinner: Definitely leftover pork tenderloin since we didn't eat it last night.

    Exercise: O.m.g. this is hilarious.

    Wednesday, August 10:
    Breakfast - protein shake
    Lunch - Leftover chicken and pasta bake
    Dinner - Wine and mini-pizzas with a CW for HH
    Snacks - 1 oz american cheese

    Exercise - Crossfit. I'm not going to be able to lift my arms by this afternoon. I should probably ask for a straw with my wine ;)

    Lunch - Baked potato and salad
